This cottage is an old renovated ruin by the river. It has a terrace on the river, an islet, a private beach and a very large garden (several hectares to explore).

It offers large living spaces: large kitchen with cooking piano and American fridge, back kitchen with washing machines, dining room, winter lounge with fireplace in function and summer lounge with games room (bar, table football), gym (carpets, treadmill, light equipment), office space for teleworking.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with three double beds, 1 single bed. Each bedroom is equipped with dressing room. A bathroom with a bathtub. An additional bathroom with a shower and massage jets on the ground floor. 2 separated toilets in the house.

The terrace at the water's edge is equipped with a pergola, a brazier, a charcoal barbecue and a plancha. The large outdoor spaces will allow you to practice all types of activities: nap in the hammock, fishing, football, badminton, petanque, molki (equipment available on site).

Bed linen and towels included. Free parking.

The entire estate (15 hectares) is accessible for walks.

Pets allowed free of charge except for horses (additional rate per horse per day). The estate is equipped to receive horses in the meadow or in stabbles if necessary (quarry, cross, shower, saddlery, river access and many walking trails nearby). You can enjoy your holiday by looking at your horse through the window !
